By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable Indian law.
1. About KNYT
KNYT is a sole proprietorship operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

2. Products and Availability
KNYT sells T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies and other apparel.
Product availability is subject to confirmation from our suppliers. Products displayed on the website may occasionally be unavailable in a particular size or colour.
If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for the unavailable item.
Product photographs are illustrative. Minor variations in colour, appearance or fabric texture may occur due to lighting, photography and display settings. This does not affect your rights where goods are materially different from their description.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable GST and delivery charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.
KNYT currently requires a minimum merchandise order value of ₹500, including applicable GST but excluding delivery charges.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order already paid for, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled at the agreed price.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders may be placed through our website using the payment methods available at checkout.
Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers, including PhonePe.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfilment remains subject to product availability and successful payment verification.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund.
5. Delivery
KNYT currently delivers only within supported Bengaluru locations.
The standard delivery charge is ₹175 plus applicable GST, as displayed during checkout.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and PIN code.
Delivery may be arranged directly from a supplier or from another fulfilment location selected by KNYT.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability, delivery location, courier availability and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a delivery address falls outside our supported service area, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative or cancel and refund the affected order.
6. Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation by emailing knytstore@gmail.com with their order number.
Cancellation requests will be considered according to the order’s fulfilment status.
If an order has not yet been dispatched, we will normally be able to cancel it and arrange a refund.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, except where required under applicable law.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
KNYT does not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or similar reasons where the supplied product matches the order and description.
If a product is received damaged, defective, materially different from its description or incorrect, please contact knytstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the complaint and may request additional information or arrange an inspection or collection where appropriate.
Where a complaint is verified, KNYT will provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund where applicable.
The 48-hour reporting request does not restrict customers’ statutory rights under Indian consumer protection law.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where supported or another mutually agreed method. The time taken for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information when placing orders and to use the website only for lawful purposes.
Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access to its systems.
